Display and Screen :
When your are indoors set the brightness level to zero percent .It definitely increase your galaxy smartphone battery life .Most of the people use auto-brightness feature, which can be handy. But they don't know that to start auto-brightness feature , the light sensors need to work and consume some minimal power to detect the ambient light levels.
Wallpapers :
Mostly android users prefer to set live wallpaper in place of normal wallpaper on their phone screen . Live wallpapers are all nice and pretty. But setting up live wallpapers on android phone may reduce the battery life as they consume power because they use CPU and GPU resources to animate. So just use simple wallpaper or select pic from your phone gallery and set it as a wallpaper.
Widgets and Icons :
Don't apply too much widgets on home screen . Apply minimum one or maximum 2 widgets.
Games and apps :
Don' t forgot to closed games and apps when they are not in use. Some highly graphics games ( temple run , krish , facebook apps. ) can eat up whole power of your battery .
